COVID-19 Update 3-18-20

Summit Swimming Family,

We have been closely monitoring the fluid developments of the COVID-19 situation and its implication on us as a swim family. USA Swimming issued a new statement today regarding our team operations. We have been instructed to cancel all team practices and activities through the full 8-week time period recommended by the CDC and COVID-19 Task Force.

We know that you have questions about billing. At this time we do not plan to bill for the month of April. As we near the end of the 8-week period we will make a decision regarding billing going forward and any other credit necessary for days missed. We appreciate your patience with us as we navigate this pandemic. This is truly unchartered waters and we are striving to make the best decisions given the information and guidance we have.

We are a family and your health is important to us. We encourage you to take this time to adhere to the recommended hygiene, social distancing, and limited gathering practices. For more information on COVID-19 and the recommended guidelines, please go to the CDC’s website at

We have attached today’s statement from USA Swimming for you.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Stay Healthy. We Never Quit!
